The customers can claim this policy by sending an email to happyspringtee@gmail.com. Attached a photo of the item and make sure to describe the damage of the item. We will respond to your clam as past as possible. If your claim is approved and we call to send the item.
If the product that returned we approved, we will only replace the same specifications.
Buyer error in writing the shipping address so that the shipping service company returns the package sent to us, in that case the buyer has no right to request a money refund.
In that case also we will not send the product back to consumers.
The package containing the returned product will be donated directly to social company.
